    THANKS

    Humpa removing that code did it!
    Does seem like something isnt working, should those broken images be thumbnails?

    In the index.php, for $path_to_pics, just use a relative path and not the full server path. Try $path_to_pics = "pics/";

    I tried posting to my server and the image gets to 99% and fails. I also tried posting to the server at eggroll.org and got the same thing; 99% and failure.

    My server is running on a NSLU2 with Apache and PHP.

    Is there a diagnostic process I can follow?

    Thanks!

    That seem weird. I've not seen partial pics like that. There is no image processing done on the MMS pics. They are simply saved/moved.
    For the thumbnails on the index.php, you will need GD support.

    Looks like mine was already set to that, any other suggestions?
    Thanks again for all the help

    SonicWRX, there is some troubleshooting you can try.

    Grab this file, save it as "test_humpa" without an extension:
    http://www.humpa.com/humpa_mms/test_humpa
    That is the raw MMS data from one of mine (pic of me with BT headset?)
    Upload that file to your mms directory.
    Edit your mms/send.php, change this line (line 44):
    $fd = fopen("php://input", "r");
    To this:
    $fd = fopen("test_humpa", "r");

    Point your browser to the mms/send.php and see if you get any errors. It should save that MMS like normal, and give you the Message Received Successfully (which you will have to download when prompted in order to read)

    EDIT: actually, don't bother saving the file from my site, just change the line to this instead:
    $fd = fopen("http://www.humpa.com/humpa_mms/test_humpa", "r");

    Yeah, sorry, I realized that after I posted.

    I think the $PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['document_root'] might be need to be adjusted in the phpThumb.config.php.
    Is this path correct?
    /home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/html
    It must not be, because your server says this: /home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/html/mms/pics/050424180856.jpg does not exist.
    Can I see a phpinfo page?
    What is the server path?

    Humpa: Will do and thanks for the help. I don't have an ssh hole through my router so will need to wait until I get home to try it out.

    /home/esmith/files/ibays/mms/html

    should I put that in somewhere?

    Yes ...
    Near the end of the phpThumb.config.php is this line:
    $PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['document_root'] = (@$_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] ? $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] : str_replace(dirname(@$_SERVER['PHP_SELF']), '', realpath('.')));
    Change it to this:
    $PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['document_root'] = "/home/esmith/files/ibays/mms/html";

    ... that should do it.

    EDIT: should it be e-smith, and not esmith?

    Thanks again
    getting there
    yes its e-smith
    but now its saying "/home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/mms/pics/filename.jpg does not exist"

    should be /home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/pics

    Where can I change that?

    Humpa: something i wouldl ike to see if maybe a delete script implemented on the server. Like if you can makee a login pop up and we login as an admin, we can click a checkbox under each file and then click delete and have them all be removed.

    No, the mms/pics is correct ... that pic is in the mms/pics folder. I suspect it is the first mms that is wrong.
    You said that your document root was "/home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html"
    I doubt that "mms" is in your server's document root path, though.
    ... you just need the correct path in the phpThumb.config.php. You need to be exact, or it will not work.

    Actually it is in the path, I have a directory called mms
    here is a log of a login to my server

    [[email protected] root]# cd /home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/
    [[email protected] html]# pwd

    cache phpThumb.config.php pics test.php
    class.phpmailer.php phpthumb.functions.php readme.txt videos

    mmslib.php phpThumb.php style.css
    phpthumb.class.php phpthumb.readme.txt s.zip
    [[email protected] html]#

    as you can see all of the files reside in /home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/

    Any ideas? The path is correct, but it is taking on that extra mms for some reason

    I'm not following this.
    My php pic server seems to be in the "mms" folder on your site:
    http://www.miltonsoffice.com/mms

    Yet, you are showing me how those files are in your document root.

    /home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/ corresponds to http://www.miltonsoffice.com/mms
    so instead of referencing
    /home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/ mms/pics
    it should be referencing http://www.miltonsoffice.com/mms/pics

    I dont know enough about document roots or anything like that, but basically I need to make it look for the files here:
    http://www.miltonsoffice.com/mms/pics
    instead of here
    /home/e-smith/files/ibays/mms/html/ mms/pics

    Any ideas?
