    v300 what's wrong with alert

Am I missing something? I can't change the alert on my v300. I go to detail under ringer style and i get kicked back to the menu screen.
Mybe I am missing some file. Does anyone know how to fix it. All I did so far is delete stock ringtones and wallpapers. I saved all of the stuff I deleted under audio, but forgot to back up the image files.
    Can anyone help?

This happened to me before, when I first started playing around with my v300.

What happen was, you deleted a ringtone/melody/midi that was being used by one of your ring style. So when you try to go into that ring style, it can't find that specific tone, so it kicks you back to the main menu.

My advice, put all your ringtone/melody/midi back into the phone. Go into each ring style and set everything to silent. Now you can delete whatever tone you want and set whatever tone you want for each settings.

    Hope this helps...

Ok, I am putting every audio back. Do you know how to do this without getting it wrong. I don't want all those stock ringtones but I don't want to delete something I need.

Also, I got rid of my stock images. Does anyone have copies I can have?
