No, it's actually pretty easy. It's kind of another form of Monopoly. Just no mustaches. lolOriginally Posted by scottalways1

Just wondering if anyone else has played it. It's really fun with 4 people. Much more interactive than watching a movie or playing video games, IMO.
I am into HipHip, Rap, Blues and Soul too. My favorite Blues Artist would have to be BB King, and for Rap/HipHop it would be Run DMC and Sugar Hill Gang, my tastes run Old SchoolOriginally Posted by scottalways1

I actually did okay at Geometry, I think because you can see what you're working with, Algebra is so abstract.
Yeah and my math professor is from China and I can barely understand what he is saying sometimes. He is very smart and a very good teacher he just gets a little to excited sometimes. But I am doing good in the class so I cannot complain.Originally Posted by ilvla2
My favorite Math teacher from High School was Japanese, but he'd been here all his life, as had his family, so you couldn't tell from his voice. Mr.Kikanaga, he was awesome! He's still at Covina High. I remember he would have us do the Pledge of Allegiance at the start of every class, it was very important to him, and we all thought that was pretty cool.
Wow, they made us stop doing the pledge in like the 3rd grade. I never really did it anyway LOLOriginally Posted by ilvla2
Really? We did it all through Grade School (1976-1984), Junior High (1984-1986) and some in High School (1986-1990). We also had an opening and closing prayer at our High School Graduation in 1990, that was before all the "oh, I'm offended at everything" crap started. Mind you, these are all public schools in the Covina Valley Unified School District, not private ones, we as a group were pretty religious, a lot of Cathlioc's, Protestant's, Lutheran's and some of us Mormon's thrown in for good measure, as well as some Asian faiths. We used to do Christmas and Haunakah shows at Christmas in Grade School, and celebrated Easter and all the other holidays.
I remember we had a girl who was Jehovah's Witness, she didn't say it, but we respected that and we all liked her a lot.
Edit-I feel bad for kids now days, they slip up and say one religious thing and the ACLU and lawsuits galore rain down on themThe ACLU does some good things too, but they have really gone off the deep end lately.
I feel it is pointless to make children do that. They have no idea what it means or what it stands for. Luckily I knew better. But that is just me.
I'd have to strongly disagee with you there, I think it helps kids understand and appreciate America and what it stands for.
By making us memorize the pledge of allegiance? I dont understand. They tell us how it goes and tell us to put one hand over our heart and recite it like little robots. The never give a lesson on it. And dont even get me started on prayer in schools.Originally Posted by ilvla2
I better stop this discussion, my views on this are quite different than yoursI respect your views, but I am totally opposite of them.
Now Prayers in school, we didn't do that either, though like I said we had an opening and closing prayer at our High School Graduation in 1990.
Oh I am not trying to argue. I really want to know. You should know i dont take offense to hardly anything. Trust me I have head alot worse and I know you wont let it get out of hand. You are a very smart person and I really want your opinion.
