I'm watching a program on the History Channel about the "Gates of Hell" and I kid you not, they occasionally use art and cinematics from the Dante's Inferno Xbox 360 game.

I just checked the setlist for Guitar Hero VI: Warriors of Rock. Pretty much win, IMHO. Check some of them...
Alice Cooper - No More Mr. Nice Guy
KISS - Love Gun
Blue Oyster Cult - Burnin' For You
Linkin Park - Bleed It Out
Edgar Winter Group - Free Ride
Metallica & Ozzy Osbourne - Paranoid (live)
Pantera - I'm Broken
Night Ranger - (You Can Still) Rock In America
Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody
Steve Vai - Speeding
Slayer - Chemical Warfare
A Perfect Circle - Outsider
The Offspring - Self-Esteem
Anthrax - Indians
Twisted Sister - We're Not Gonna Take It
Black Sabbath - Children Of The Grave
...and my personal fave, worth the price of admission...
The entire side A of Rush's 2112 album. All. Seven. Parts. Pure awesome.
As an aside, while I enjoy Guitar Hero, I prefer Rock Band. It integrates DLC and exported songs better. I currently have Rock Band 1, Rock Band 2, Lego Rock Band, Green Day: Rock Band, the AC/DC track pack disc, and about 30 DLC (mostly free stuff). All playable from within Rock Band 2, with the exception of 3 songs from the RB1 disc with weren't exportable due to licensing issues. And not just in Quickplay mode, like on GH, but in Career mode, as well. GH simply tracks you through the on-disc songs in Career mode, but RB also has setlists that include random and/or player selected songs, which can come from not only the on-disc stuff, but from any exported songs and DLC.
The entire setlist.
Hey BigE, why are there no complete bridges to Mexico in Red Dead? For some odd reason you can't swim, and neither can horses, so I can't go across the river, I think this area has a chronic case of not finish your bridgesitis lol Do you have to complete something or buy an extra pack to get to Mexico? The graphics have a few glitches too, like people riding inside the car, and I mean INSIDE the car, with half their body sticking above the floor lol Oh, and when I climbed up on top of the train the other day two guys sent sailing behind me, sitting in mid airWait, there's more, like dead bodies lying in the street and people walking on by as if nothing is out of sorts, of course I went over all the historical errors they made on the trains (ie.roller bearing trucks on late 1800's era cars, a caboose with a cupola, but with no way to get up in the cupola, welded rail, etc.), I notice these things
LOL I am having fun with the game though, I don't think I'm even halfway done yet, there is so much to ride around and have fun with!

As it turns out they were actually talking to one of the games creative directors about the real Dante's Inferno and its vivid imagery of Hell, etc. Dante's Inferno the game has some great depictions of Hell even though other parts of the game don't exactly stay true to the literature.
You can't get to Mexico until the story take you there. Irish takes you across the river on a barge. The same holds true for heading north to Blackwater. Once the story takes you there you can go back and forth freely.
The graphics glitches are mostly just funny, only on one occasion did the game completely crash for me where I was stuck in one place and couldn't move but luckily I had the button presses memorized for setting up a campfire and saving.
I actually had that happen once too, I was driving a buckboard and it turned over, I rolled down a small hill and I just sat there, unable to move as if I were dead, but I wasn't. What buttons do you press to do the campfire thing in case it happens again? Oh man, the things I do...I have fun sometimes and go punch a few people, then run down the street with a mob behind me LOL I love hitting B when I get up to people sometimes, he says some funny things, the ladies get insulted and the men look like they want to fight and then walk awayOh, I have found you have to be VERY careful when helping people, I have accidentally shot the wrong people and then got a nice bounty and the law chasing after me lol Let's see, what else, if you punch the engineer and knock him off the train, he will magically pop back up in the cab, I have so much fun with this game lol
Edit-I like to go "off roading" a lot, I have taken my horse all the way up into the snow, be careful though, the Mountian Lion's and Boar's will come after you.

A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be.
Moderation in temper is always a virtue,
but moderation in principle is always a vice.

MAN, I'm bummed. I had two different saves of my character. One all good-guy, and one bad guy. I accidentally saved my bad guy over the good one. And the good one was farther along in game progress.
Phooey.![]()
Going off the beaten path is quite fun. What your character says when you press B, by the way, changes depending on how much honor you have. As "bad guy", you insult almost everyone. As "good guy", you're generally nice, polite, even a bit deferential.
I gotta try social club and a bit of multiplayer, although I probably will not get the latest DLC. There's talk of a zombies DLC coming. I'm hesitant on that one, but it *could* be fun. Most are pretty simplistic, but fun nonetheless.
There are a few items that you'll get as the game progresses that go under Provisions so the location of the campsite will change later on.
Dude that sucks, I might go back to it at some point and play a bad guy but for the most part when I played it I kept it on the straight and narrow.
BTW is anyone else as excited as I am for Bioshock Infinite?
