I do more web browsing than anything else on my phone. I'm a heavy user of the Facebook app and Google Reader too. Both of those apps on Android blow the BB counterparts out of Tue water. I'm easily used to the touchscreen keyboard by now. I hope my next phone will be a top of the line Android device with a slideout keyboard but I don't see myself ever going back to a Blackberry. Right now I think Blackberry and boring are synonymous terms.

Unfortunately, at the last minute during the postmortem autopsy on the donor they found previously undiagnosed liver cancer so they had to retract all the donatable organs.
I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out, I hope they can get you a Kindey soon! Merry Christmas, and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, God Bless!

Dude that sucks, I'd give you my liver but I'm pretty sure you don't want it...I've dealt it plenty of damage voluntarily in my college days.

Thank you, guys! I was amazed at the outpouring of support from coworkers/friends/family when it happened. If nothing else, maybe it'll encourage people to become organ donors.

Oh, and for the record, it's a kidney I need, not a liver, so maybe your college shenanigans didn't do as much harm to that particular organ.
    need kidney ... STAT

I should learn to read. I'm already a full organ donor so if I should meet an untimely demise perhaps I'll be of some assistance.

Google Voice users -- does anyone know off hand, if you send SMS via GV does it charge you on your carrier bill? Anyone using GV for SMS currently?

I use the Facebook app all the time and I like it better on the BlackBerry than on the Droid. Notifications on the Android app never told me they were there unless I opened the app, my BlackBerry will vibrate if I have a Facebook notification and that was one of the things that annoyed me about it. Sure, some will think BlackBerry is boring because to some they are because they don't do the things they want. For me, my BlackBerry does what I need it to, the way I want it to. Everyone needs a phone that meets their needs, for me that's a BlackBerry.

It happens to the best of us. Also in other news, I really like the HoFo Christmas theme logo.

I went back and finished Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare today. Good stuff. Also played so RDR and AC Brotherhood multiplayer, watched some Nat Geo stuff on ancient Rome and took in some college hoops. Not a bad day.

Oops, sorry about that, I changed my post to read Kidney. My liver is okay though, I have never and will never drink, yep, I'm Mormon

Woo hoo, congrats bro! How did you like the ending? Did you play with Undead John Marston for a while? It's funny, people, dead and undead seem to still see him as normal, I like when he greets people "Grrgghhhh grgggghh rawrghh" Riding Undead Horses is cool too, I can't find out what happened to his wife and boy though, they seem to have disappeared from existence.

I didn't actually. I had no desire to do any of the challenges and whatnot and I wanted to play a little Brotherhood MP. Once I realized that it was their way of letting you continue to play around in the world I was done with it.

Hey BigE, do you by chance use Trillian chat client? I was browsing their forums (Cerulean Studios) and noticed someone named BigE.

Don't know about BigE, but I use Trillian. I'm a happy paid customer even.

Same here, been using it (paid) for 5 or 6 years. I was using the beta Android app, but they recently released it to the market for $4.99...which was basically free for me since I've just about used up my USCC app credit.
