Picked up a Kinect today. It's cool technology and all, but I'm not sure how much we'll play it. I got it cheap on Craigslist so no real loss.

I am thinking of getting one, I have the Move on the PS3 and love it, the Kinect seems like it has mostly family/kids games though, are there any more adult ones for it yet?

Not really. It's basically as you described, family games and whatnot. Dance Central is a blast, but I do hope more is coming.

We got a Kinect for xmas. My 3 year old likes to play Kinectimals on it. We play with friends when they come over, but I don't generally play it (or any other game) by myself. Depending on the game the sensors are a bit annoying and can take a bit to scan you in.

It takes a long time to scan you in because you've been enjoying a few too many cheeseburgers lately.

In still other news, great finish to The Masters yesterday. I can't remember a major that had that many players in contention with only a few holes to play. Great stuff.

Hey there's nothing wrong with the Playstation. I've had the PS1, PS2, and now the PS3... I tried a 360, but I found it to be an inferior device for my needs... But that's me.
