    SE47.exe - Could erase EEPROM

I have the SE47.exe file here which can supposedly, if something goes wrong, erase the EEPROM which I think has to do with the memory. Do you think verizon will still replace my phone even if this happens? Should I go for it or not? Thanks.

The guy who sent me the SE47.exe said,
"go to your local verizon store first pal, or you'll screw yourself over. this utility is not very stable or good and will probably fry your phone, erasing the EEPROM...then your carrier will say you broke it and try to blame it on YOU"

You can see SE47.exe for yourself here (268 KB)

I seriously suggest you leave the flashing to your carrier. I don't know of anyone who's sucessfully flashed their phone on their own.
