Exclamation Photo album and Photo contacts messing with home screen

    SMT 5600

Everytime I use Photo Contacts or Photo Album my home screen gets goofy.

Missing icons on the top of the screen. Menus from the soft keys are tiny little boxes with tiny lines. The Start menu gets wierd... if I highlight a menu option there is a white lettered version on top of the menu selection. Example: If I choose Calendar, there is a white "Calendar" on top and offset.

This is frustrating and the only way to fix it is to reboot the phone. Is anyone out there having anything like this happen?

    Thanks for your time.

That is a memory issue. If my phone is running low on memory I sometimes run into this problem. I either use Resource Manger to kill all programs or I will reboot the phone. I don't have this problem that often, In fact I think I have only ran into it twice on my phone since I owned it.

    Memory huh... hmmmmmmmmm.

It even happens after I reboot and go right into Photo Contacts/Album.

I will keep a closer eye on the memeory allocation and kill progs. before I use them.

Have you done the memory managment registry edit? If not go to my blog and look to the right for dchesters web page, he has the key posted and the values to edit.
