    newb question. v205 vs gd87

howdy ppl.. it hasn't been long since i've joing the forum, to this date, i've seen many nice people with awesome knowledge on wireless phones.. it'd be great if you could help me on this .. and more to come as i get used to this wirelss world

i'm deciding which phone to get.. because both have features that i like, but neither has all..

    1. samsung.. 40 tones (v205).. Omg.. if you listen to it, your ear is spoiled for life!! .. unfortunatley, i've listened to it... :P (and i think s105's tone sucks now..

    1. samsung has .. well nothing more...

    2. panasonic.. the most handy feature i've found.. i've used my allure tx310 so well, i think feature-wise, it was the best phone i've used... (screen changing 6 colors, etc)

but of all, the phone book organizing capability was AWESOME w/ panasonic..

    you can...

press 33 and then 'send' and a list of numbers under the location 33 comes out.. it's by name and you can scroll to 'home, mobile, work, etc' and press send.. viola..
with other phones, it can only store one number per location .. which isn't mind boggling.

panasonic has b-day info, email, and more under one name!!!

samsung... at least s105 can't even manually assign location # to a phone #.. (pathetic.. )

*sigh*.. if panasonic has 40 ringtones.. i've snatched it up right away... and if samsung has nice phone book organizer like panasonic, i'd have picked up samsung right away..

anyone wanna convince me to a new phone btw gd87 or v205 ?/ :P

btw.. where can i get gd87 now.. and how much would it be? thanks in advance

V200/205 cam is 300,000 pixels. GD87 is 100,000. V200/205 also has a swivel cam. Other then those features (not including the 40 chord ringers for V200/205), they're almost the same. I think the GD has a pic phone book that the samsung lacks. (?)

On a side note, the MCA-25 is also 300,000 pixels.

LVwireless is selling them, I think this is his web address:

    http://www.gsmphonesource.com

He also has an advertisement here in howardforums, I believe.
