I couldn't find any info on a sprint e-mail address, but i found this. I signed up and I can send and receive from my US Cellular phone. Now I just need to get the people that I need to send messages to to sign up.

USCC should clone Lance and use the clones to staff their customer service department. I've talked to alot of their customer service reps and he knows hands down more than any of them.

There doesn't also seem to be a CSR who's just "there" - they're all either overly happy and eager to help, or sound like they forgot their daily dose of Prozac.
It's too bad Lance doesn't work in the call center that handles NC. If I ever called in and got "Thank you for calling US Cellular, this is Lance..." it would be too cool, haha.
