For contacts/calendar all you need is the USB cable and MPT. No hacking is required. With a settings change in MPT you can use the cable to transfer pictures and short sound clips.
I thought that nothing in Multimedia Studio worked without a seem edit, even with the 815m profile in MPT. Or is that only true for the 710?
I got a copy yesterday by doing a google search on "pst_7.1.1.rar" as recommended in the original post. The program is used around the world by service centers (emphasis on "around the world"). I hope this helps.
hey, i think i have dumbest question of all, but...how do i install these e815 drivers? i did what was recommended and pointed to where i extracted the e815 drivers folder, but it just cannot find the file. when i looked in device manager there is still a yellow question mark next to "SM Bus Controller"

The drivers in the e815 driver download will be installed when PST 7.1.1 is installed. Point it to the folder at that point.
I redid the seem and it still doesnt seem to want to send files via BT but the TF to phone works any help?
Do you have 1 or 2 bluetooth radios in device manager? Hint: if ms bt is there, you need to do xp sp2 fix, or at least reinstall bt driivers. If all else fails, download the orginal seem from the faqs and start over.
