Okay, what I want is the latest flex and flash and German language and no branding on my phone. Is it right when I flash the following things in the following order?
1) MONSTERPACK S/W Version: R374_G_0E.41.C0R_ICEMAN_MOTOX.shx
Flex Version: GSMV3xxCIN02NA0A5_VIDEO
2) MXLP FOR GERMAN LANGUAGE R374_G_0E.41.C0R_MXLP0007_reflash_MOTOX.shx
3) C2R FLEXLASH TO GET THE NEWEST FLEX AND TO REMOVE CINGULAR STUFF 41.C2R_GTMV3xx000AALV0C3_flexlash_MOTOX.shx
4) C3R REFLASH TO GET THE NEWEST FIRMWARE R374_G_0E.41.C3R_A_reflash.shx
Is that right, or do I get into trouble if I flash the Cingular ENS-enabled (what is that btw?) Firmware onto my European V3 first?
I am just curious as how does the amount memory all the sudden increased by soo much. There is nothing changed physically so, did they add some kind of compression method on the phone? Does that mean file transfer/video recording will be slower since it will take some time to compress the file? (when saving)
I flashed my v3 yesterday with C3R version, did not know that I can flashed it first with the C0R (monsterpack video enable) ant then with C3R. I think they were not compatible. Is there anyway that i can go back reflash with C0R and then with C3R? Please help I want the video option enabled. Thanks again!!!!

the C0R firmware made jpeg images look grainy and pixelated (cause of how it handles de/compression i think) .. i had hoped C3R would take care of that annoyance, but it didn't

the C3R firmware also supports video .. do some reading and learn how to do the proper seem and menu edits to enable video recording .. you can go back and flash C0R monsterpack (w/ vid rec enabled) then reflash C3R over that and it'll work, i think .. but it's always better to do the seem edits and enable it for yourself .. that way you can still keep the flex you want on there
thats what im probably going to do, but do you know if icemans MP replaces something in the menu with video record like you do when you edit it manually?

Yes, icemans MP replaces the motomixer in the media section to video.

First I get an error

I click ok and the program opens up. I select the shx file by browsing, check enable Flash, and I see that at the bottom that it is connected.

At this point I get a message:
"The application is not initialized! (Flash Tool /Super file)"
and it does not flash.

Man I never should have learned to flash/flex. Just got done doing 4 phones from my local cingular store, including the manager and the owner! heck of a way to get free accesories!
