    Video problem with v3

    Hi,

I am relatively new here. I apologize if this has been posted already... i have looked and haven't found any other posts that are the same as my issue. Here goes...

I lose the visuals on the screen (both internal and external), but i know the phone is still on because calls come in, as well as texts, etc. I normally have to either turn off the phone and turn it back on to see anything on the screen again, or i have to take the battery out and back in, then the turn the phone on again.

I have never dropped the phone or gotten it wet. In fact, even after several months, the plastics are still on it.

Is there anything i can do?

    My Flex version is GSM3xxRGR01NA08E
    Logical Version is R374_G_0E.40.7AR

    Thank you!
    r.

Try Flash/Flexing the phone to version on my sig. It works great for me.

Thank you for the suggestion Tweety... i flashed my phone to version R374_G_0E.41.C3R_A and I am still having the same problem...

Sometimes it goes for an entire day without losing the video, but it typically happens every hour, where i have to turn the phone off - then back on, or remove the battery and turn the phone back on...

Anyone else have any other suggestions?

    Thanks!
