that beast right there, a nokia 1260. used it for about 2 years till CDMA coverage launched here, then I went to a moto v262.

My first celly was the Motorola Microtac "Elite." Picture it: Clarksburg, W.Va., 1997, I almost got the bag phone until the salesguy pulled out this waaaaaaaaaay small Motorola handheld. I was like, "Where do I sign up???" I promptly went to the Wal*Mart and purchased an extended battery and then a belt to keep my pants from falling down after I put in my pocket.
I was throwing out some old bills and things recently and found some USCC bills from that phone and my plan was $29.99 a month for 50 minutes!! OMG. Who would have thunk that 10 years later I'd be carrying a phone with 500+ digital songs on it with plenty of room for more! But, also who would have thunk that I didn't have cell service where I lived at the time, and 10 years later, you still can't get a signal out there ...

I use to have a really old, Nokia 3595. It was ugly non-flip phone, color screen, and you can change the faces on it. 5 years ago. One plus is that it had French language on it.

3595 was my first phone too, I hated it because my brother had a 7210 and I was jealous.
