Two interesting points from that page

    1) it says that Sanyo will release the phone as soon as they solve the battery problem. Now, with the quality of the products being put out now a days, for a company to want to hold on to something a little bit longer, that product must have some pretty serious flaw. wonder how the battery life is gonna be like on that thing.

    2) Sprint says that the phone will be release in 2003, and users will be able to use MMS. Now, Sprint can't even get SMS right, I'm interested to see how the MMS will work.

Honestly, I'm wondering how much it costs to product OLED displays. Nevertheless, I look forward to seeing an even thinner 6x00 series phone with a color OLED display!

From what I understood also, the "7200" mentioned in this topic has a camera on the back of the phone also, enabling for video conferencing *AND* taking photos.

I imagine the phone being much more expensive than the 5300's $400. Maybe $800???

Howard Chui, maybe you should have a guess the release date and price contest for a Sanyo 7x00 phone give away!!! =D

    Talking

Yeah, awesome phone. I have seen a 30 second clip of this phone working when i was attending a sprint conference.(hush hush)....

    1. Full motion teleconference w/ split screen call waiting.
    2. High bandwith network, I presume when Sprint upgrades their network. Probably at least another year to 18months.

    Have a great day!
