There is no way that your CDMA/EVDO device is going to to connect to AT&T's GSM/EDGE/UMTS network to access the internet or make/receive calls.
If you're asking if there is a way for you to get "free" internet on your phone through Verizon without a data plan, the answer is more than likely no.
