    Sanyo 5300 ringers...

I know that on the Samsung A500 you can listen to the whole midi/ringer. I was wondering if the Sanyo 5300 does. If so, what am I doing wrong with the settings? I only hear a short clip before the phone decides to stop and go to the standby display. Come to think of it, I think my old 5150 did the same thing.

Oh, if it can't play the whole thing, where can I get software to shrink/crop the midi files since they don't need to be so big?

    Thanks in advance.

You can play the whole midi in the Ringers section of "Downloads" but not in the "Ringer Type" menu. But if you really want to, just press any nonfunctional key, like the left or right arrow key and after a slight pause for the key beep, it'll keep playing the midi in the "Ringer Type" menu until it stops, finishes, or until you press a key again.
You can be absolutely certain that anyone who tells you to "keep an open mind" about a topic, will themselves have a closed mind about that topic.
