I woke up to find my elusive service books returned to my device. The BB icon in the lower bar has been flashing ever since I picked up my phone – presumably trying to connect.
I spoke with T-mo on serveral occasions last night. At one point had 2 of my 4 emails working, even able to send and recieve mails from the handset, but my main 2 emails wouldn't send service books over at all, so i couldn't get anything from them, and one of them is the blackberry address. As far as this morning im now getting errors instead:
Program closed
Program bbRIMSvr
Reason code USER
Reason Number 70 & 11
Im wondering if the blackberry address is still correct for blackberry.net. I assume so since i was able to recieve last night, but i never did ask the t-mo representative. Any ideas? I have tried deleteing my accounts on the T-mo site, as well as service books from the handheld, next im going to remove the blackberry software, and hope i get farther :sigh:

Getting the exact same errors here. Earlier I could connect, now I cannot. My service books, which were present when I first checked this morning, are now gone. Haven't been able to send / receive email since Saturday on any of my accounts.
Just got off the phone call with T-Mobile and they are still working on the issue with RIM, there is no ETA. Even users with regular devices are having issues (she read the memo to me), it works for a while and then it stops. Myself I got the service books back, again the route entry is missing.
And on another note, if i click the "Setup blackberry email" link on T-Mo's site, i am getting pushed back to the login page..... Why oh why did we have to change? At least if my handset wasn't working with the original software, i could log on to the webclient and see my email, now we don't even have that feature. This really sucks!
Just had a very strange call with T-Mo. The BB customer service rep acted as if there had never been a problem with the network. He actually said, "What upgrade?" Then, after some poking, I got him to look it up and he confirmed that the service is down. It's was an odd exchange, he was an odd man.
Followed you 'structions and everything worked perfectly. Then went to the BB site to send the service books and discovered we're back to getting kicked back to the homepage when trying go to the setup.
