$49.99 for a nokia 5120 with a 2 year plan!
and now $700 for the nokia 8801. not too bad i guess, i've averaged about $710 a year on phones since i got the first phone
so NO to branded phones
if memory serves me, i believe it was the motorola timeport and i think the plan was $19.99 on sprintpcs.
God i'd kill to see a $19.99 plan again.
Got a free Nokia 3390 (the it phone back then) and was on an individual $19.99 plan.Originally Posted by themacace

Anything below this statement isn't part of the post I just made.
Past Phones: Nokia 3390, 6010, 6133, 5310, X2-02
Motorola v635, SLVR, v300
ATT Fuze, HTC Evo 3D
Samsung Galaxy 4G
Always had prepaid . . . my first phone was an Audiovox Verizon . . . never did get that software updated so I could text.
I paid Ł100 for a Philips brick when Cellnet first brought out their PAYG service. It took credit card-sized SIM cards.![]()
i remember seeing a pacbell startac with a credit card sized 4k sim i think i was like WHOAAAA it fits in your POCKET!
i had a LG TouchPoint 1100 on sprintpcs - WORST PHONE EVER in history.
then on sprint I got a sanyo 4900 and 6400 (the really thin one). Those sanyo's weren't bad but still sucked.
Then I switched to a v600 on cingy and the craziness started after this. I've had about 20 different mobiles since then probably.
the plan was some expensive family plan... i can't quite remember what it was.
Free Qualcomm phone with PrimCo sevice.
$30 a month if I remember correctly.
PrimeCo was later bought or became Verizon.
First cell that I got on my own was the Sony CMB-3200 with ClearNET. I had the Talk plan which was like 100 minutes or was it 200 minutes and weekends free only from Friday at 7pm till Monday at 8am for like $30 a month I believe, with free call display, voicemail, 3way, calling waiting. I remember those days of free call display and voicemail.
Most expensive phone I ever got was the Nokia 8890 for $1000.
HUSHMobile
Past Phones:
Sony CMB-3200, ZUMA
Qualcomm 2700, 2700F
Nokia 6185, 6188, 5190, 3390, 8890, 7210
Motorola 650e, V60c, V3
Samsung A460
SE T68i
Apple iPhone (8GB), 3G (16GB White), 4 (16GB Black)
My first phone was one of the old nokia 5165 brick phones, that you could change the faceplate on, with the big antenna when I was 15 (5 yrs ago). And I was on the family plan, so technically I didn't pay anything...my parents did
