if case all the features didn't work you could just returnit to alltel
its up on their website now. i wonder if it says "alltel" when flipped open.. that'd look a little stupid when using verizon. im interested to know if this will work, tho.
so, other than that some ppl dont like the vzw ui, and the phone does support Generic OBEX, which vzw will probly cripple, would there be any other advantage to the alltel version?

these are the prices from alltel and $364 retail
$199.99* with a qualifying rate plan & 2-year service agreement
$259.99 with 1-year contract
$279.99** with Prepaid service
HAHAHAHAHA thats just lovely. freaking altel got the razr before verizon... now verizon probly lost out on even more customers.. why must they wait so long for something... ALTEL... ALLLLTELLLLLL... Come on verizon altel has like the oldest selections on phones and they just put out the razr before you... I am very disappointed

lol. im surprised they have that new nokia and verizon doesnt.. when is that sposed to officially come out??
well, i was gonna say it probly took vzw longer bcuz of testing and the ui on it, but, naah, they just wanted to put it out at the particular time that they do. but, i doubt they lost a single customer over it. i mean, who's gonna switch from verizon to alltel??
The largest majority of v3c's being sold will be to existing customers. The nice thing about the v3c is that customers will be getting the style and form factor that tempted them to switch carriers PLUS (even more importantly) still having the reliability of Verizon's network (which is what kept them hanging on to VZW and not switching).
Sometimes the grass seems better on the otherside....until you actually get there. I know I fell for it back in the day.

YEA same here... when i had tmobile for my sidekick. it sucked.. chopped words and finding service all the time... and when i had nextel for my other job... i would be lucky if i even received the call. and when i did it was totally chopped up speech... my friend had at&t and it wasnt to bad but nothing seems to beat verizon.. its so clear and has the best service i have seen so far.. so i really cant complain.. i just hate on waiting for the cool phones to come to them. just like back in the day with one of the old nokia phones that i liked alot.
I couldnt wait to get my hands on it and every other company had it but primeCo. "thats what VZW was back in the day" but they finally got it even though they were the last ones to get it.. kinda just like the RAZR.. ohh well i guess i will just hang in there and see how the 28th goes...
