lol your not serious right? Come on call in and ask if you can speak to THE CSR from howardfourms? lol What do you think the rep will say? For you to get one of us you have to really get lucky and even then you'll never know over the phone who your talking to...For example I can tell you my name is Steve and chances are they are a 100s of "Steves" that work at Fido. And if I give you my personal info to call in to me I could get fired for that and that's not a risk most people whould want to take. SO to answer your question there is no way to speak with any CSR from this forum at the call center. You can send a message to one of us and see what happens...
Hi Fido CSRs, I really need some help from you guys. I have a Motorola E6 which requires me to disable to Name Display feature on my phone in order to get call display. However, everytime I call them and ask them to take Name Display off for me, they say I do not have it on but only Call Display enabled. Can any CSRs help me out please.
1. I currently have a Vancouver number, but may be relocating to Edmonton for about a year. I'd like to retain my number and use it there, but avoid as many LD charges as possible. What would be the most economical solution?
2. How far would retentions (typically) be willing to stretch for a customer who's been with Fido for over 5 years? The reason I ask is I wonder if they'd be willing to toss in the 100 minutes of Canadian LD ($10) for free, as well as Fido-to-Rogers.
Please do not contact these people for the sole purpose of getting a deal. They are here to help, not give you free or cheap stuff.
