When FIDO first hit the lower mainland I signed on and was a failryl happy customer for many years. However, now my kids are grown and I need to cancel their phones (which are in my name). I can't get FIDO to cancel these lines. I phone and phone, I speak to rep after rep, they all assure me that the lines will be disconnected "as of the next billing cycle". It has now bee three cycles and they WILL NOT DISCONNECT my lines. Any suggestions - they are simply ripping me off ...
