send e-mail from Nokia 6160i phone (Rogers)

I have a Nokia 6160i phone with 2 way messaging and e-mail. Is it possible to send e-mails using that phone ? I know I can RECEIVE e-mails, but it is useless if I can't reply !

I would like to use services like me43 but need to send e-mails in order to make it work.

Crazy thing, but no one at Rogers can help me !!!
