I'm just doing slightly better... I've only got 3 of the above
    Motorola USB Device: Accessories Interface
Motorola USB Device: Data Logging MCU Interface
Motorola USB Device: Test Command Interface

I've also ended up with a USB Composite Device... This is after starting up some P2K application. Before starting a P2K app, it shows up under modems as a Motorola USB Modem.

I want the other goodies too. My V3 also stops charging from USB when I've switched into P2K mode. I'm using Win XP SP 2 if that makes a difference. Will try on another OS later.
Here's some info on MMA files for the Motorola V series.

I'm in the same boat here guys, I've gotten Motorola Phone Tools to work but p2kman won't install these drivers, I've searched all over for maybe a different version of the p2k drivers but the new hardware wizzard will not accept any of them. Have you found anything yet. What drivers did you use to get the 3 devices working that you did?

This is somewhat the same problem I am having with my v360v Do you have an answer yet?
    I'm using OS windows 2000
Also p2k doesn't install any drivers when I start the programm. "Phone not connected" is what I am getting..

    Thanks

Same issue - tried with USB mode (on the phone) both as drive and modem. Followed the XP instructions (regedit, etc.) which came with p2kman. Drivers just don't install. MPT works fine.

You need the latest version of the p2k drivers, version 2.9 or newer. They can be found in the bundle from p2kcommander 3.29, just point the add hardware wizzard to the drivers folder and it should do the trick. It did for me

perhaps updating your chipset drivers on your motherboard might help. I know it helped me since I have an intel motherboard.

    I found a bit of a workaround - I installed PST 6.7.

What I do when I want to work on my phone - hook the phone up, which activates the USB modem driver.

I then start PST, which disables the modem, and installs and activates the Motorola USB device drivers. I can then close the program (it takes about 10-15 seconds for it to do the above) and start P2KTools, which is what I've been using for any SEEM edits.

    Good Luck!

make sure you set your phone connection from Memory to Data/Fax connection..

    extract/install the p2k drivers version 2.9
    *install will put it into c:\program files\common files\motorola shared\motpcsdrivers\*

connect your cable to your computer

computer will auto detect hardware..point windows to install the drivers in the above directory..

after windows install the drivers, run p2k...enjoy
