Got off the phone with Motorola today, and according to the people that work in the IDEN department, in the next 7 to 10 days iden.motorola.com will be offering wallpapers. Suppose to be a way to counter attack icjal.... (new firmware and all... (inner circle this is just yet another heads up))

Nextel will also be releasing a ringtone package soon.

Someone else feel free to confirm.

I agree, but I can see where they are going... not that I doubt the inner circle can defeat them. They are basically competing against this forum believe it or not (and forums like this one)

I don't think Motorola is trying to compete with U guys, there intention all along was to charge for using ringtones and wallpapers (and some java appletts). I spoke with them on numerous occasions and they did indeed say that it will be available around the first of January.

The definition of competition as implied by me is not to be interpreted as an "US vs. THEM situation" more so that "They must do this because we are doing this" ploy. Yes and it is all finances.

yea i cant wait

. they will probably have the same pre loaded wallpapers that came with phone in the different colors. for example its gonna have somebody sitting on beach in one wallpaper and then in the skier wallpaper it will be two skiers. im joking. but really i cant wait to see i dont want them over charge me though. and plus i need to get my screen fixed.
