    I got my replacement B version from MOTO took a while but finally got it done. First time I called I got a lady that had no idea what i was talking about and she spoke horrible english and we some how got disconnected. Then called a second time got a guy that was pretty helpful but he said they were out of replacement B versions and told me to call back. I called back a week later (3rd times a charm) and got a guy who spoke really good english and was aware of the problems. He at first told me they were still out then had me on hold for a while and managed to find me a B version, Spoke to him on Monday and had my new B version H700 on Friday. I must say its a big difference on my i870, I had them put a hold on my CC so I have to send out the old one within 30 days to not get charged

    When I exchanged mine, I told them I had just bought it a day or two before and they set up the exchange w/no questions or problems. Tt really depends on who you get on the phone, but it probably will help in general to make them feel like you've given the "A" version a fair chance...

    I bought mine and called Motorola the next day, and although they were not as friendly when I told them that, they completed the RA process without any questions. I called several times after my first call looking different infomration, and waited to send my headset in. I never gave my name or RA# when I called back, so they didn't know that I was repeat caller.

    One rep was willing to send me a new H700 first with a CC, but said that it was a "one time only" exception, and that if i ever have problems with another moto product, they would not be able to make this exception for me. I decided not to take this offer and go with the normal process.

    After reading the posts about the H700 "B" being replaced with an HS850, I called again. The rep that I talked to checked the inventory and said that they have plenty of the H700 "B", and would replace the "A" for a "B". He did some futher digging and found that it was the HS815 being replaced with the HS850.

    So, I waited a week and just FedEx'ed mine yesterday. It's scheduled to be in Ft. Worth, TX tomorrow afternoon, and I hope to have the replacement by the end of next week. I'll post the info after I get it.

    I called moto on the 1st got my ra# and they received it on the 5th, called today and the rep said I should have it in about 3days...

    H700B.. so far it's great!

    My B version is super. It is PERFECT for my wife though as she has a thinner face. (much prettier also)

    I'm hoping it works for me. I love everything about the H700 but the static which I couldn't live with. I tried. I will give my review once I get it.

    Does anyone know what version I would get if i ordered the H700 directly from Motorola's website? I would assume B, but I want to make sure before I order one to try out.

    If you order from the website, you'll very likely get a "B" verson. I did the week before last and that's what I got.

    I didn't get a "B" version, I ordered day before yesterday and my info states SYN1572A... Go figure..

    Returned the H700

    I returned the H700 that I originally purchased for my Treo650 (CDMA Telus phone) and am now using the Treo Headset and am very happy with it. On eof the guys I work with also has the B version on his Moto Flip (not sure what model) also a Telus CDMA phone and the H700 B version will not work well with his phone either, he now has a handsfree kit in his truck. Too bad because the form factor of the H700 is much nicer than the Treo headset, but I need function more than form.

    Can someone help me out? I was amazed they were open on Mothers day. I processed my replacement order and they said I would receive it on Tuesday. They are sending it overnight. I spoke to 2 people on the phone and their english wasnt that great. Can anyone confirm the ship to address? This is what I understood:
