    RAZR V3 External Screen....dead?

    I have had my T-Mobile RAZR for about a month and a half now, and the other day I noticed that when I had an incoming call, the outside screen would stay black. It still "appears" to be backlit, but NOTHING is displayed on it. I hadn't changed any settings and have checked them all. It just doesn't seem to display anything. When I turn the camera on and close the flip, it SHOULD display what the camera is seeing...but it doesnt!


    Has anyone else had this problem? My buddy says that all T-Mobile will do is try to fix it, and if they can't, I will get a refurbished phone! That is crap. I just paid $150 for this phone (which T-Mobile should have GIVEN to me, since I spent over $1,500 with them over the last three years) and had to sign a TWO YEAR contract! Should I take it into a local store? Call them?

    Thoughts?

    people can still see it, the post is in the FAQ section (obviously i saw it)...maybe no one knows an answer to your question....

    T-Mobile sent me out another phone..but a REFURBISHED one!

    I paid for a NEW one which died after 40 days, then had to pay THEM $9.99 to ship me a clearly USED phone. The screen is dull and the buttons have been pushed PLENTY!
