e-398 sms memory problem

i have an e-398.
i can store only 30 sms',but i want to store more and i have enough memory in the memory card..does moto have an sms menu downloadable from internet like nokia or does anyone know how i can store more sms'..is there a programme i should download to my mobile phone??

change the storage location of your sms from SIM to phone.

edit seem 0032_0001, offset 40, uncheck bit 6.

did you even bother to go to the first link i posted, or browse through the site in my signature?

all you have to do is read, i'm not going to guide you step by step in seem editing, no one in HoFo will. we all read first, then ask the questions if something is not quite clear.

download the tools here. (If you had read the guide, im sure your phone already installed the drivers)

Open the tools...assuming you did install the drivers right.
Then click 'OTHER FEATURES'->'MESSAGE'-> untick 'SMS STORAGE (0 for phone, 1 for sim)'

(Next time, dun start with the question you do know what what. It is easier that you explain you situation like...i had read the guide...and you had try..... and still dun understand.....) Remember the famous quote :P "trial and error are good teaching tools."

i'm not trying to be clever, i'm just saying that you should put some effort in modding your phone.

if you have read, you would have known what to do. downloading a seem and making a seem edit is the easiest mod.

now i have one question more..i have the usb cable for moto e-398..but i have searched much sites and i couldn'tfind where to download the usb deriver of e-398 for xp..is there anyone who knows where i can find it or could anyone please give a link for me to download it?
