E398 Won't Charge

I did a search on the forum and don't think I found any that were exactly my problem.

My E398 won't charge at all. I don't even get the message saying "Can't charge". I've checked the connection points. I pushed the two together really hard, but nothing. I'm hoping it's the charger since I recently bought this item.

I had the same problem too only just mine said "unable to charge" but i solved the problem by shaking the phone a little after plugging in the charger and it worked...

try to clean the phones contact point for the charger.

may be your charger is out

also maybe it is about to flash you have change it

I've had the same problem. Changed the charger into a non motorola version. The connector on this new one clicks on much better. Haven't had any trouble charging since.
