Calling all E398 users. Housing scratches problem.

After 1 and a half months owning my E398, I gets some scratches (screen and body) and some scuffs which I think it's a lot of scratches. This is very unusual to me, never happened to me cuzz I always takes a good care of my phones, never dropped. I think that this phone is made out of cheap materials and very thin paint. My phone's color is white with red bumpers.

Is this also happening to your E398???

Should I change it into black housing??

Well, i have a modded e398 " white housing with silver strip ". Been having the housing for more than 2 months and have no scratches on it. I guess i take care of my phone morethan you do, lol.

Im planning on getting a brandnew black e398 though sometime this month and hopefully my SE W900i or maybe the W800i, hehe.

P.S. So yeah, the black housing is more durable.

Where do you keep your cell fone at?? just slip it into pocket or any cell case?

I put mine just inside my pocket and keep getting scratches from my jeans' material

i always put a screen protector on mine. if you do get a new case id suggest doing that to prevent screen scratches. Also you could get one of the gel skins from cingular to protect it.
