    Motorola v600 Sound Issues...

I have just recently noticed my sound on my phone is very low. Not the ringtones they are loud but from the earpiece its like a whisper. I have noticed this started after I used P2KToolz, but I don't think thats what caused it, but just letting you guys know that I have it just in case thats the only way to fix it.

    Thanks in advance

I saw a post on some MotoX (i think) forum and it said something about the Gain Table but I cant find that option in the P2KToolz version I have.

Is this what you are looking for:

    Download P2kTools from motomodders.

    Select 'Tools'>Gain Table.
Press 'Get' to read from phone.
Adjust Settings (I do not recommend settings above 4)
Note: 'System Tone' default setting is 8, All others default is 1
    Press 'Set.'
    Close Gain Table Window
    Restart phone.

Wow, I thought I had no life, here's a bunch of guys just putting time into their Cell phones......

I dont know where that Gain Table is in my version of P2KToolz. I don't have at the top "Bezols" and everything is re-arranged in mine.

So just to confirm, i need to get the data cable, p2ktoolz then I can go into the gain table and increase the earpiece volume? The razr phone is soooo friggen low I cant hear 1/2 the people. I hate it. I really hope it works. Can someone be so kind and send me a direct link to the p2ktoolz as I cant get into that web site that was mentioned above. thanks s_e_a_n@rogers.com.

Really this is all caused by either a snap in receiver or a flex cable. Easy fix if you sent it in. It has nothing to do with what you're using on the phone itself

    Hi Everyone..

I have recently bought a new V600 and everything is hunky dory and working fine and I was pleased to see that it came with a disc too so that I could do whatever I wanted to the phone but I wasn't too pleased when I found out it was only a 30 day trial! So I have now got a copy of mobile tools and usb cable (pc 600 ,stock code 110620) but there is a bit of a problem.
I installed the software that came with the cable once but it didn't work properly as it had problems trying to locate the v600 and after 20 mins of searching I gave up and uninstalled it thinking it might not work because I chose not to register it immediately. Thing is, now that I have uninstalled - it won't install again!
I have since installed the copy of the 30 trial disc that came with the phone and that works fine without any problems at all and it is all very cool so at least it shows that there isn't a problem with my CD ROM. Only thing I can think of is that maybe I could get hold of a registration code in order to continue using the software or go the long way and send the disc back?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you don't want to go through all the trouble of sending it back, you could always try and get the software downloaded through a torrent website. They usually come with key generators also. Good luck
