Is it possible to turn off that noise the phone makes when changing the ringtone style with the phone closed? I hate it when i hit it by accident in class and the professor and everyone in the class turns around. thanks
theres probably other ways, but what i do is that i have one of my shortcuts as "ring styles" and then change the style. But if you are talking about when the phone is closed, not a clue. Sorry
Don't know about the V3 because I don't have one nor I want one. But in many of my Moto phones, when you hit the volume control on the left side of the phone, it lit up, then you hit it again, it would show your ring style, and to change it, you hit the lower button and it would change to each different one.

im not asking how 2 change it, but how to shut it up from making that loud nextel type sound. Or at least 2 control the volume. It didnt get bad til i adjusted the gain control on my phone. So is it a way to edit a seem or sumthin so u can adjust that noise w/o turning the speakerphone or earpiece gain control down?

Turn your 'System Tones' to 0 in your gain_table to shut off that tone but you will lose reminders etc.
