Simply cutting and resizing with ACDSee 8 (I think it's really simpler than others progs like Adobe Photoshop).

I know I've sent a lot of flowers but these wallpapers into the screen of the VS3 are fantastic because the mobile supports 16 millions of colours! So, enjoy!
