Okay some impressions so far - this phone is sweet. Much better than the 650. Everything works as you think it should, which is more than could ever be said about Windows Mobile 2003.
One thing that struck me as particularly stupid with the prior WM was when you went to add a new contact, and you got to a field for a phone number, then started typing with the keyboard keys that are the numbers, it would type letters instead of defaulting to numbers. To type numbers under WM2003 you had to do a convoluted shift pressing thing for each number. This has been fixed! Also, the OK button is a huge lifesaver with Windows Mobile, so many things require an OK or an X out, and its much easier to tap this button than to try to fingernail tap the tiny spot on the screen or (worst of all) pull out the stylus.
It's also really quick, something that can't be said of many WM phones. Everything is very responsive. The reception also seems better than my 650 was, since I have good signal in my building, where the 650 would be able to make calls, but would show no signal.
Looks like the only way I will get it before the weekend is to order it online tomorrow, because every store in my area (salt lake city) says that they don't get there fedex shipments until friday afternoon, so the soonest they would have them is monday morning.
My new Verizon B2B rep just pulled something and my 700W will be at my office as soon as FEDEX shows up tomorrow morning!!! I had to register and post my excitement after reading this forum for 2 months trying to decide. I lost my Sprint phone on NYE and my contract is up 1/28 - so perfect timing!

Great to see a fellow Denverite getting a 700w I will have mine in hand on monday so I guess I will just have to wait patiently
I tried calling CS and they told me that I can't order it yet. They put me on hold a LONG time though, so I thought I had sweet-talked the rep into it. Unfortunately...not so much. I guess I will have to wait til tomorrow.
I work in Norwalk and live in Irvine and I have called about 6 stores around me and they say I should expect to see it in 2-3 weeks. I've been waiting for 3-months...oh how I would like to have it tonight or tomorrow morning!
Maybe I should take my own advice and just relax and wait. <rolleyes>

I just talked with 3 local stores and the last one said the shipment will come in around noon and he will hold one with my name on it!!
