Reply With QuoteCharge the battery , do a *228 pick option 2 update. Turn the phone off then back on, the problem will go away.

I've had this thing about a week and the time is always wrong. It fixes itself if I hit the menu key or the side button to change the ringer when it's closed.It's like it's getting stuck and hitting those keys updates it. The verizon guy said it's a software issue and I'm screwed until they come out with an update. Is this true or do you guys know any tricks?

Try powering down and then pulling the battery out for 60 seconds. I've heard about that working as well. I did that on mine, but didn't mention it because I did it at the same time it was shut off. However I do know that they stay partially powered up even when off. Hope that helps. It has for everyone else I've seen on the boards.
