You need a Bell flash file to recover most likely.
Something which a few of us would like to see, but for different reasons.
I don't really have any ideas other than taking out the battery and then after replacing it, don't turn the phone on but use a data cable with a charging port to try to reflash that way. Good Luck!

hi kbman i did take the battery off and i onley have usb cable but every time i start the phone it wont work all i can see on the screen is heloo moto flashe`s like crazy
Take out your battery, then put it back in. Hold *, #, and the power button. A special boot loader screen will appear. Now connect your e815 to your phone and flash it again to any software you want/have.
*the beep on battery low is still present... however it seems toned down in silent mode.
okay so i used to be able to flash my phone nad now i cant. i had to reinstall pst and everything and now all i get is cannot string error. i have never seen this before what do i do?
okay i had 7.1.1 i have 7.2.3 somewhere lol andd my phone is working fine and i get the error when i click on device so i can click the flash button itself sorry cant figure a way to reword that better. and thanks for fast responses guys
okay exact error that pops up is "unable to connecto to the subscriber unit. unable to get string descriptos." and in the error box on the bottom it says MA type 0 is not supported and chipset type 23 is not supported. what is that ?
I know it does that with versions earlier than 7.2.3. Uninstall the old one and restart then plug your phone into a new usb port so that the drivers from 7.2.3 can be reinstalled. It should do the trick.

Any recriminations at all or are you a total convert?
I've used DUN about a half dozen times mostly just to play with it, once when my DSL went out for a couple hours, so no great loss.
Ok guys, from what I can tell DUN is now blocked from Verizon's side, at least, thats how it appears. QNC works, albiet very slowly. Hopefully someone can find a way around this...
