Weird Morning...Hillary Duff Phone inside

ok, so i'm in the field today. I always help my dealers out on the sales floor when i'm there but the following stories will make you cry.

1. Customer comes in, mid age man with his son, ask where is your Hillary Duff phone my son wants it. I look over and say "what". His response was we need to go to a real cingular they don't know what they are selling. His son was about 14. But I never heard of a Hillary Duff phone. Until now...

2. Customer comes in I say "Hello welcome to Cingular". She say, "um I don't feel comfortable I think i need to leave". Again i' like what.

3. Customer comes in and wants to exchange their phone. ok so I explain the xbm process, customer pulls out his v-cast enabled phone. i look at him and say... wrong carrier.

4. I'm still at this same store and its getting worse

that phone is old as hell...i never knew there was a hilary duff version...i used to have the jay z black one though.

That's hilarous that they came in to the wrong store. I did something similar to that once after flying all day I got on the wrong bus to the wrong car rental place and when I asked like 5 times and they didn't have my name I said is this Avis and there like no moron this is Alamo. Boy did I feel dumb.
