My sister is having a problem with her new pink V3

Is it normal for a buzzing sound to be coming from the phone both from the part you listen to and the part that you talk into?(sorry about the technical terms haha). Even when she isn't using the phone it's been like this. Is it normal?

Also, so I don't make another topic, is the new Motorola V3i WORTH getting or should I go for the Nokia N80 when it comes out? I like the original V3 but so many features were missing and the memory is horrible, IMO.

    Opinions? Thanks.

If "your sister" got the pink razr from T-Mobile call them and have them replace it

    Talking Pink Razr

I just got my Pink razr, motorolla from Ebay. I have Cingular service, but some features are not working, like the web access, ringtones, etc. Cingular says my service is set up for it and it must be the phone. Motorolla says it probably is generic phone and wont ever get these features because the phone does not say Cingular. Does anyone know if I can ever get these features, Not sure if I can return phone to Ebay. Im sure its from overseas, was unlocked. Now I found out T=mobile sells the phone.

My V3 has a really high pitch noise that comes from the earpiece and the from the place you talk into.

I don't really notice it anywhere except in a very quiet room so it really doesn't bother me too much. Nice if there were a fix though.

I have a (supposidly) brand new PINK Razr I bought on eBay and all 'n all, everything is perfect, working great, EXCEPT the voice call button on the right of the phone. One side of it goes down, the other size of the button appears (maybe) stuck and does not go into voice call function. I'm NEVER going to take this cell a part on my own, any suggestions? I hate to loose out of any of this cell phone's features. Thank you very much.

in regards to the highpitched squealing sound, this is normal on the display and the keyboard when it is on, i hear its cause the display isnt like other fones apparently its different aight... well ok then. these sounds go away when ur phone is on, but the display and keyboard lights are off. on the other hand i used to have a problem with a highpitched squealling noise like o "boiling water" going up and down in pitch in the middle of calls. i used p2ktools and adjusted the earpiece volume and it seems to have gone away, not sure though did it last night used bluetooth hands free for my last couple calls. will update again if the "boiling water" sound comes back. keeps fingers crossed it seems to be gone i hope so
