"Dual" test on mytest.net site. The Dual does both upload and download for you whereas dslreports only does download.

Here's the Below Average Speed in my Area. I will be up in Washington DC tomorrow, and will try to post results from there. This is in Greensboro, NC with three bars.

In D.C. area I have hit speeds in the 1.8Mbps range as well as lower rates elsewhere in the corridor.
