My mom bought me this phone
Motorola i730 USB not working.HELP!!!
Im so new to this. I bought a new i730 nextel phone. Then i purchased a USB cable online. When i tried to install the CD it said that I should cancel the installiation because it wasnt tested with window. But it continued. But as soon as I put the usb cable in the phone started charging but I couldnt find the usb connection anywhere on my computer. I tried another computer and it did the same thing. It doesnt recongize that its there. Is there any thing that I can do to make it work. Do I need to install something else or is there another program that will help me do that. PLeAse and Thank you.

Your question is not very clear, are you saying that you can not find a USB connection on either computer?
Maybe you only have 1 or 2 USB plugs and they are being used by other devices?
