Hi, I'm thinking of buying these two phones, wondering if anyone can answer me this:

I'd like to know what is the most recent firmware for VS3 and VS7 and what accessories does it come with in the box/package for each phone?

do you know how to update the firmware is ours came with older version? i'm in the united states so panasonic depot is not an option..and the UC cust service didnt help.
