I'm white/mexican also and i worked in Compton and all bordering city's South Gate,Lynwood,HP, even in Long Beach.i worked at night in the field all along the Alameda Corridor for 4 years and seen my share of incidents but nothing directed toward me.there is good and bad parts of every city!!!!yeah there are parts that i would not go into, even in the day but for the most part I believe Compton has grown to be more than what you see on T.V. or hear on the news.I'M NOT TRYING TO FLAME ANYBODY OR WHERE ANYONE LIVES!!!!all i'm saying is THERE ARE GOOD AND BAD PARTS TO EVERY CITY,EVEN IN MD!!
