I tried to order the two phones (separate orders), HTC Amaze, online for the V-Day special. I got two confirmation number and everything.
They canceled one, without notifying me, and the other is still pending. But I am afraid they will cancel it too.
After 3.5 hours on the phone, I settled for a GX2 (free online only deal) for the wife, but they locked me out totally. I even got my WIFE to order it, and it locks us out. I got the AWESOME advice of going into a store (for an online only deal), after they closed 2-3 hours ago.
Online support/sales/post chat was of no help. Can't say they helped a little, because most reps either gave me canned 'i don't know, i can't tell you, or go to a store (after they look up and verify the are closed)' responses or closed out the chat session on me.
For every line/sentence, I feel this is appropriate... ...Times a million...

I am trying to find out why any and all of my orders are being canceled.
I am trying to order something for the past two days and nothing at all will not go through.
It is just frustrating to be told to go to a store and lose a deal when it is online only.
I am closer to finding out.
I stonewall in 'verifications' department.
That is all the info I can get.
CC good. No freezes anywhere, credit or bank. All addresses, info match and are good.
They say they can approve me for multiple phones, blah, blah, blah.
Resolution!!! Of sorts anyways.
With the first order that went through, I was offered an add-a-line, to it, for a free phone and no activation. It still, would not let me order online.
CS said to go in store. I tried to tell CS that offer is good online only. CS didn't really care. I finally went into a store today and asked nicely for them to honor the web offer. At first they were very adamant that it is online only. After I was telling them of the 7 day ordeal, asking them how I can fix this when CS was stonewalling me by telling me to get a online deal in a store, and asking the definition of bait-and-switch. After the bait-and-switch comment, they were then realizing, that they had to make it happen.
Now it wasn't totally free, upfront. What they did, I bought G2x for $150. I got a $100 bill credit, a $50 rebate, and the free activation promised online.
They said it took calling the manager 2-3 levels up above the local store level to get things moving.
I just wish it didn't have to come to this. If I could have gotten a detailed answer from one person, I would have been happy. But when a CS 'supervisor' can't do anything or troubleshoot, it makes no sense.
Reps have to enter the promo code for it to work, so I'm sure it's not avail online. It will be avail via customer service and store reps. The promo is avail. for new and existing customers.
i bought a phone off craigslist, and i want to know if the phone is on the equipment installment plan. is it possible for me to find out for anti-fraud purposes?
I know it varies state to state but how are your commissions calculated? Also what is average hourly per rep? Another words is it worth working @ TMOBILE?
