Can I cancel my Verizon InPulse plan can I get my money back?

    Here is my story.

I current have the verizon inpulse plan and I have $304 on my account. Now they are raising the text message charge to 10cents instead of 5cents and I was wondering if I can cancel my prepay agreement and get my $304 back that is still on my account?

here is a link to the agreement

    Thanks

You're not going to get your money back, it's all non-refundable..as with all prepaids.

Looks like it's time for eBay at best...
SERO + Android = win. HSPA+ also = win, but it isn't available everywhere :/

Or sell it on ebay highlighting the minutes you have on it to keep the price up.

I know for a fact that Verizon can transfer money to one account to another. My mom has 2 prepaid phones, one for me and one for herself. She was able to transfer some of her funds to my account because she had over $100 and I had about $15 or so. Only problem is both accounts must have the same name and address. Hope that could be helpful.

It's great for the buyers if you want some cheap phone time. Thanks for the tip.

Customer service will not issue a refund check for the balance. There is no sweat talking, no begging, and no escalating. It will not happen.

As for a balance transfer, even if in the same name, CS reps are NOT to do this. The only time this is acceptable is if you do an EZ-move. No other exceptions.

Sorry ... MTN change. If you change your MTN they will transfer the balance from the old number to the new number.

That would be a MDN (Mobile Directory Number) change. No such thing as a MTN.
