    East Vancouver should be quite good. I live in White Rock, and even 10 minutes from the border (Approx) I only lose 2 bars. Meanwhile, in my house facing away from any towers, I get an average of two bars. In Surrey I get full bars on the skytrain, in busses, or on my campus in Central City mall.

    The V3c that bell and telus are offer have more internal memory (40 mb i think), and a better camer (1.3MP - but it still sucks) then the Razr offered by Rogers/Fido. However, Rogers will be upgrading to an even better Razr soon (I dont know when) that has the transflash slot. Even know, the rogers fido razr has a much higher quality LCD (inside and out). This is to save battery life on it, as CDMA eats up much more.

    Ask on the Telus forums how coverage is in the lower mainland, as bell piggy backs on the Telus towers out west (However - Telus only licenses 80% of their tower capacity to bell, and Telus customers have priority at peak call times)

    V3x > V3c > V3

    V3 = Rogers/Fido
    V3c = Telus/Bell
    V3x = Rogers/Fido (Coming at some point)
