I just purchased a VS2 about a month ago. However, I have this weird problem happening to my phone. If I don't use the phone for awhile (more than 5 hrs or so), no incoming call can come in. The phone is still on and they will redirect to voicemail immediately.

After I make the first call on the phone, I can now accept the incoming call.

If I left the phone on and don't use it for more than 8 hrs, the phone will turn itself off (the battery is still full). I don't see there is any screensaver option and Call Divert is OFF too.

anyone experience this problem before?

how can check if I have latest firmware? or where can I download the lastest firmware?
