well long story short.. the CSR who gave me the value pack for free, deserved some credit for appreciating my business (for the lack of a better term, actually I am can't really think straight, got an exam tomorrow) so I asked her if I can talk to her supervisor, she forwarded me to the voicemail of her supervisor. A couple days after, I received a phone call from her supervisor and confirmed that I left the voicemail for the CSR, and thanked me for my business. Today while looking at my online profile I saw something around the lines of Airtime Bonus Local, which upon inquiring turned out be 3 months U/L, so my guess is the Supervisor just slapped it on. Hmm.. I guess was'nt that short of a story anyway.

d00d, u wouldn't believe when hofo was starting up a few years back, students in Uni had to ask howard to block them from going on hofo cuz it would take so much of their studying time. ahh back in the days. it was crazy.

don't know if it is true, but has one ever got UL incoming as well as UL we/wn @ 6pm on their retention plan?

mmmm dare I say...with the last years/2 years explosion of retention plans...either the possibilities are endless...or as Treatz has hinted this may all go by the wayside soon enough anyway.
