I have that exact same plan too including the free caller id...I was just recently switched on that PLUS they are offering me a w600i for $129 and waiving the 35 HUP admin charge. PLUS they are offering one full free month of service. I was raped pretty bad hah. ONLY in person though at a specific dealer. I've had dealers put me on wrong plans (put me on a $65 voice/data plan when I asked to be on the smallest $25 plan avaialable) and then charging me incorretly for the phone. Forgetting to make my promo repeating for 6 months striaght I had incorrect bills over $160 each. Out of the 9 or 10 times I've called into Customer Retentions I've only had 1 or 2 really cranky people. The others have been really nice, and offered me things without me even requesting them. Keep in mind I never get upset or put down the reps, they appreciate your call alot more if you keep it at professional level. I work in an inbound call center with tier 2 tech support for Apple so I can relate. In person, I've had really bad experiences, almost every time, even with dealer managers. I had one manager tell me if i canceled my contract "i would owe rogers hundreds and hundreds of dollars and that they would garnish my paycheck if i refused to pay"...stuff like that, that really made me angry. I will never do business with dealers in my area again, total waste of time and effort.

lol naw man .. I have been on the retentions plan since back in 2004 summer.. (around sept) my average overages before I switched to the BASIC retention plan was er... around 60-70$ a month (near the end of my 3 years) and Ive been on the BASIC $20/month plan ever since.. so never really got raped just gotta talk ur way thru it .. JUST MILK EM FOR ALL THEY GOT HEH
