    quick some one post a plan, so russanity and I don't start a war (just kidding, I am already bored about the whole thing.)

    As far as what to say, well first call Customer Service, and asked to be transfered to Customer Relations. Secondly, be really nice to whoever you are talking to, don't just lash out threats about cancelling etc. Again be nice and just start talking gibberish, I don't know about the weather, gas prices, whatever. On the flip side if they don't really care about your attempt to start a conversation then stop. Hear them out and see what they offer you, they might offer you something similar to what you see here, or they might not. If they don't ask them for different plans/credits etc whatever. Last but not least if nothing seems to be working say thank you and hangup and call back after half an hour.

    hows that for a script?

    custom script to get any retention plan:

    Customer: "Hello kind sir or madam."
    CS: "Can I verify your birthday and postal code"
    Customer: "No sir you may not. I am concerned with amount of rapage on my bill. Plus, Billy Bob at [local rogers dealer here] insulted my family and said I couldn't tie my shoes good"
    CS: "Well then, how about a new 810i for your trouble, and a $20 price plan
    Customer: "I say good day to you sir"

    ...thats exactly word for word how it went when i called in

    what do you need for that, would scanning my bill help?

    I'm not doing overages, 101 is without overages. There was a bill around 2-3 months ago that was $400 ...i want to avoid that ..


    See, i use my cell as my home line, because my real home line is taken by my fax, and also as my work line because i'm essentailly freelance so the 500min just barely covers my monthly requirement of minutes...at $101 a month for 500 min, I'm not necessarily thinking I'm being ****ed in the *** but the cack is nearby.

    just teasin' but I love when people say things like this. Unless you're at the default numbers which I'm not., your pg 7 won't be the same as mine I've got mine set to the max/pg. High speed, so I figure why have to see 5 pages when i can only see 2.

    regarding your plan....it's pretty fortunate. You got some good credits. My friend has that without the sms's and it's 66all in.
