BIG troubleS with Panasonic x800

I bought it 1 week ago and you know just download a programm into x800.
Then just restart my x800 and turn it on again and....
What I've seen it was really BAD *LOL
The screen freezed! I've tried to make HARD RESET but it doesn't work!
I've tried many things but no emotions!Everything is useless.
Then I searched internet to find some info bout that prob and I found that it sick with WSOD!
What exactly WSOD -- White Screen Of Dead.
So I'm asking you fellas. Any comments ???
Is it fixing or just dead as deadman?
Any help taking with thanks. Maybe someone had this kind of prob.

Talk to the original vendor / panasonic japan to see if they can lend you a hand. I know one of the offices in the US can provide firmware flashes, but i'm not sure if this service is readily available to everyone.
